Olga has been working in the executive search industry for 27 years. She started her career at Slava/IIC Partners, a Russian executive search boutique.

In 1997, she joined the newly-opened Moscow office of Heidrick & Struggles Int., Inc., the world's premier provider of executive-level search and leadership consulting services. Olga primarily focused on multinational companies, and conducted both international and local assignments for General Managers, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Research & Development, Production, Human Resources Directors & Managers as well as Chief Information Officers, placing both expatriate and Russian professionals. She was trained extensively in the UK, USA, Germany, France, and Italy and in 2000 was promoted to Principal.

In 2002 Olga re-joined Slava/IIC Partners as a Partner.

In 2003 she founded Suvorova & Partners, an executive search company focusing primarily on Russia & the CIS.

Olga obtained MS in Philosophy and MS in Foreign Languages (English) from the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov.
